HR Magic is concerned about delivering a comprehensive Human Resources offering to our clients at an efficient cost. In some cases, an hourly, as needed rate is the most cost effective for our customers, but there are many cases where a flat, monthly rate with unlimited support calls and makes more sense. To determine a billing plan that is right for your company, we will have to meet at your office and assess your requirements. Requirements Gathering Stage This stage can take from 1 to 4 weeks. Our objective is to concisely see where you are at with your HR services, and how we can most effectively optimize your organization. Implementation Stage Generally speaking, there may be several areas that require immediate actions. This may involve an employee benefits plan which can be replaced for a lower cost, better service arrangement. Or it may involve the need for a software application to help automate the employee records. Training / Orientation Stage If it does become necessary (generally via a detailed cost benefit analysis) to change your medical insurance provider, 401K management firm or some other vital HR system, the HR Magic team will provide a concise, detailed, informed and professional orientation or training session for your management and employees. Support Services Stage The final stage is essentially the maintenance stage. This is where HRMagic emulates an HR department, without requiring the client to hire multiple contractors or personnel. HRMagic support services usually involves HRMagic assigning a representative to your company who has broad knowledge of all HR areas (legal, compensation, immigration, employee conduct etc.) for a specified number of hours per week. Generally there may be some modification to the number of assigned hours within the first few months of service as we always strive to give our clients enough service to cover their requirements, but we don’t want too assign to many support hours and leave our clients paying for additional services they rarely require.
