Job description   

Develop and execute strategies, architecture, tools, process and plans to deliver flexible and robust embedded software system targeted for the SOHO and Office segment digital copier and/or multi function devices. Lead in the architecture, requirement and design of digital copier and multifunction device.  Software architecture will be developed using Unified Modeling Language (UML).
Required skills    Master’s level degree of EE, CIS, or equivalent.

• More than 10 years of related experience.
• Must be knowledgeable in the area of system kernel design of printer, copier or MFP.
• Must be proficient in some or all of following areas:
• C/C++ programming.
• Real-time OS (pSOS/VxWorks),
• Image processing,
• Raster Image Processing (RIP)
• Electronic printing / toner technology
• Rational Unified Process
• Real-time CORBA

Candidates should also have following skills:

• Strong understanding of complex development projects, and system life cycles
• Strong project planning and management skills
• Strong analytical skills using techniques like RUP, Component Based Development, and define future strategic projects
• Strong written skills to create a technical roadmap document
