ejob.com, JobExplorer and CareerJournal were started in 1996 by graduates of UC Berkeley as an alternative to search firms, recruiters  and job posting services.  Within a very brief period of time, ejob had clients like Lucent, Siebel, Clarify, Apple, Cisco and dozens of smaller technology companies and start-ups.  (In 2000,CareerJournal.com was acquired from our group by Dow Jones.)

The ejob.com resume filtering and candidate qualifying service allows our clients (for a fraction of the cost of a typical contract recruiter)  to hire difficult to find technical talent in an efficient and predictable manner.

The ejob.com program is managed by engineers, not recruiters.  We bring a level of detail, accuracy and service to the recruitment business that is unparalleled by any job postings service or recruitment firm.
